Renting out cards for a specific amount of time#249

Many like to rent out their cards when they arent using them, but as of now you have to go back and cancel each rental in time in order to use it them again when you’re ready to play. It would be convenient if we could just put a card up for rent for a specific amount of time and when that time runs out it will auto cancel the rent and return to your account. This would also help out the person renting as they could tell how long the card is available to rent for, cutting back on end of season cancels.

We implemented season rentals, which is our solution for the cancellation issues.
