Make 2 Types of Rental Contracts#22

There need to be rental contracts that are unbreakable. This would dramatically improve the quality of life for new players who are getting their cards yanked at end of season.

Done right, this would also allow card owners to choose how long to rent their cards for so everyone can be on the same page right up front and make better informed decisions.

As long as both renter AND rentee are agreeing to contact terms I think this is a great idea to make contracts unbreakable or breakable with penalty.

That said, forcing owners to rent until the renter wants to cancel is just going to result in the EoS prices for the full season as otherwise an owner would get locked into a bad price.

This is essentially done by the addition of season rentals.
