Delegation Packs#535

New players will get rewarded free Delegation Packs, to open and use new cards for 30 days, including Gold Foil Legendaries, maxed out cards ,summoners and cards from every expansion. The cards in the Delegation Packs will be delegated from Experience players with big collections. Experienced players get to loan out cards with incentives to both help new players experience, and also earn special perks themselves.

this will just feed the bots even more. rent like everyone else does.

I buy instead of rent: but the sooner a player can experience pack opening and a variety of new cards the more likely they are to get hooked. Delegation packs would do both of those things
