Parallel battles#204

Allow players to select if we want to wait for the opponent to submit their hand and watch the animation or we exit the fight after submission and can start a new. This would save us time from waiting sometimes minutes (I noticed it takes forever specially if opponent is AFK).
And we can always replay battles we want to watch.
