Affiliate rewards on eligible items regardless of currency used#184

Quite a few people are displeased it seems with this, me included. We try hard to bring new players on board and it now seems like hit or miss depending on what currency someone will use to buy items.

Maybe change which items are eligible or even the percentage but make it fair so it’s not just based on currency preference..
