Change of Reward Reduction in Tier 5 of the Brawls (when less than 10 guilds participate)#1555

Calculate the reward reduction based on the guilds with Level 9/10-Arena instead of the partipants.

Reason: In the moment a lot of guilds with Level 9/10-Arena stay in Tier 4 cause they can earn their more merrits and crownes than in Tier 5. If they can earn significant more SPS in Tier 5 than this would be a good reason to join Tier 5 I guess.
