increase merits won at higher teir brawls#1543

we recently moved up to teir 4 but we laost a few more games so only finished poition 5 instead of position 3
we got more sps by a little but less Merits so this we get less gladiator cards and if we stay here we be falling behind in power from those inlower guild so to incourage us and other increase minimum merrits recieved to make it more profitable to play in higher teirs

please explain i though you want to ecourage people to go into higher teirs
