Lost Legendaries - Block summoners too#1542

Change from:

Legendary Monsters may not be used in battles.

To:

Legendary Monsters/Summoners may not be used in battles.

Why is good?

• Because this will be real lost legendaries
• This ruleset makes new users life easier in these kind of battles (We need all small and big changes in the game to impress new players)
• Old users can think about new strategy for this ruleset

If it pass, we may also need to change the Rise of the Commons ruleset too
