Idea: Ability split for a dual splinter card#1529

I think an easy to introduce, test and implement, dual splinter card would be a tank with a new symbol on the card that indicates a split ability depending on which splinter it is playing in.

Example: Fire and water do not currently have a magic reflect tank. Make a new no attack tank with magic reflect, reflection shield, heal and this new dual ability. If used in the fire splinter it has thorns if used in water splinter it has return fire or vice versa.
