Option for a guild to purchase Crowns per brawl#1502

Crowns typically limit a guilds ability to upgrade their buildings. I’d like to see an option for a guild to purchase a small number of crowns per brawl (for example 5-10). This could function as a DEC sink.

Keener guilds could purchase every brawl, and less keen guilds may find it useful if they just narrowly miss out on the crowns needed to perform an upgrade.

To an extent, I appreciate the Arena does control access to Crowns, with an increasing multiplier. Therefore this suggestion would likely be a bigger benefit to smaller guilds trying to rank up their guild’s buildings.
