Rewards cards are rent only#1494

I love the idea of rewards cards being account bound. I also think they would be great for a ‘rent only’ option. You have to put in the work to accumulate the cards and combine them then you can only rent the cards out which means you wont be playing with them. I also think it should auto combine these cards to prevent someone from renting a ton at level 1. For anyone who doesn’t want to play with the card or rent it out they still have the option to burn them.
