fix balanced performance of monster hit rate in a single battle#1425

By everything written about randomness of monster hit rate, this in my game below should not happen. Speed one hitting speed 5 target with 10 hits out of 11 attacks

There could be something they are using to calculate the random value like a time value and the processes are on such a constant loop that the time value lines up almost exactly with a previous value or a slight variation resulting in a close value. Worth looking at the code. Maybe this can be asked in a town hall as to how the random value is calculated.
