PERMANENT ECR BOX IN THE MENU BAR#1419

PLEASE give us a permanent ECR box in the menu bar so players can see at a glance what our ECR is between battles. You might even consider this a ‘common sense’ QOL necessity, especially considering the new ECR drain accelerators.
