Raise mana cap in bronze and use 2 rulesets#1385

Having low mana and one-ruleset (or plain) battles in Bronze makes it much harder for real players to beat bots because you can’t use better cards, and there’s much less strategy. I’m guessing this was originally designed to make it easier for new players to learn the game, but now it just makes it much harder for new players to advance. Can we put up a community proposal to raise the mana levels in Bronze and always use two-ruleset battles above novice? I think this could significantly help new players.
