Increase Guild Fray numbers of each Arena level#1335

Right now it’s harder to compensate Brawl frays to each members as there are not sufficient number of frays for the total number of members which we are getting after upgrading Hall. Right now we have like 23 member space with Hall lvl 7 but total Fray is only 16 with Arena lvl 4 and even if Arena becomes lvl 7 we won’t get 23 frays, so please increase the minimum number of frays for each Arena level by 2.

I do not support this proposal. From my experience, most guilds cannot fill all the frays they already have. Out of the 10 guilds in any given brawl only about 3 or 4 of them actually fill all of their spots.
