Legendary Summoners using dual splinters#1099

I was thinking about this a while ago, but it came up in the town hall today. It would be good to have legendary summoners that could use 2 splinters and create some interesting synergies such as fire/life allowing fire to take advantage of the healing abilities of life, same with water/death etc
