Stop with the unscheduled maintenance!#1030

3 tournaments now that it’s messed up lately because the game decides to go into maintenance mode while I’m entering teams for a tournament. How’s going to reimburse my entry and rental fees? How abuot some heads up? Isn’t that why we have a notification system in place?

The maintenance screen just comes up as the default page when you can’t reach the server. Plannned maintenance is accounced, but this is more likely either a connection issue or other problem, not actual site maintenance.

Just like the one that wasn’t announced tonight? Announcing maintenance on discord isn’t very convenient. Isn’t that why we have an in-game notification system? Pretty sure they could’ve gave a 5 minute warning or something instead of just taking it down.

happened to me today too

Archiving this because all planned maintenance will occur during the same weekly window. The last few weeks that window has been on Tuesdays from 11 am - 2 pm eastern time. If it changes the team will provide notice.
